Our Story
Do Good started with a surf besties trip, a lot of plastic in the water, and one simple thought:
We can do better.
After finding ourselves picking trash off our bodies while surfing and joining local ocean cleanups, we started looking for ways to turn waste into something useful.
We discovered regenerated fabrics made from materials like discarded fishing nets and recycled plastic — and the idea for Do Good was born.
As surfers ourselves, we also wanted swimwear that felt different from what we were finding from traditional surf brands: functional enough to stay on in the waves, flattering enough to live in all day, and fun enough to make us excited to paddle out.
So we made our own.

We design with movement, comfort, coverage, freedom, and staying power in mind — then add the nostalgic colors and prints inspired by vintage California surf culture that we've grown up with and love. We also love adding little details, like pockets, to hold keys, cash, extra wax, insulin pump, or a snack!
Because who says functional surfwear has to be boring?

Our Mission
We believe loving the ocean comes with a responsibility to protect it.
That's why sustainability has been part of Do Good from the beginning.
We use regenerated and recycled fabrics whenever possible, produce in small batches to reduce excess inventory, work with ethical manufacturing partners, find creative uses for leftover materials, use recyclable or compostable packaging, host beach clean ups and support organizations working to protect our oceans and communities.
